Please note that we only provide CH Driver support via ticketed emails. We request that you do not reach out to us by phone unless a team member requests a call. When requesting assistance, please provide as much of the below information as possible to assist you the best.

We possess limited time and abilities to support these modules continuously. If you need help implementing our modules, we offer block time support and discuss as needed on a case-by-case basis. We do offer programming on almost all systems that we create modules for.

Manufacturers may update or change their APIs and break the drivers we've made occasionally. If you are experiencing these issues, please let us know to make sure we are addressing and fixing them where possible.

Processor PLOG files go a long way in tracking down issues. It is highly recommended to provide these to us to provide the quickest assistance possible.
